A Member Of Asa’ib Warns Of Foreign Attempts To Return Iraq To Article VII

A member of the political bureau of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq movement, Ahmed Abdel-Hussein, warned of foreign attempts to divide Iraq, split the Shiite house, and return the country to Chapter VII.
Abdul-Hussein told Al-Maalouma, “External challenges greatly affect the political consensus, and there are programs that are being implemented inside Iraq by the occupying and colonial countries, as well as tools for normalization as it seeks to return Iraq to Chapter VII.”
He added, “A lot of attempts are being made at the present time in order to tear the Shiite ranks and the Iraqi people in general to serve the interests of Washington and its allies.”
