The signing of a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation between USAID and the Office of the Election
Struck the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), on Monday, a memorandum of understanding with the UN High Commissioner the derivative for elections in Iraq to develop cooperation.
