Former US President Barack Obama came out, his silence after ten days to leave power, supports the demonstration in defense of democracy, but denounces discrimination “because of creed or religion”, in a statement reported by Reuters from his spokesman.
While demonstrations rejecting the policy of President Donald Trump continues, especially on the recent decree on immigration, Kevin Lewis, spokesman for Obama said the former president “delighted” with protests taking place across the country.
