THE AGREEMENT IS JUST BEING AMENDED SO ALL ARE COMPLIANT…AND THEY ARE REACTING AS A UNIFIED GOVERNMENT.

4-19-2015 RUMOR Guru Rumor that Abadi may have made a soft Announcement and the main Announcement to citizens of Iraq and the World is projected to be completed within the next 24-48 hours. Abadi Announcement is rumored to be approved by the G20 already.

4-19-2015 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat The Abadi trip to the USA was very successful and set the ground work for the good that lays ahead in the coming weeks. As commander and chief of the military he was inundated with yet with more bad news of ISIS and the inability of the Iraq generals to take command and get the job done. Sorry folks no RV this weekend and for the next couple weeks maybe months, at least. All these rumors of a pending RV are just that RUMORS! On the flip side Abadi did make a speech today to the citizens of Iraq. In the speech he said next week he is going to announce a huge initiative that will solve all the economic issues for Iraq. Personally I do not think it is going to be the RV announcement we wait for but who knows for sure. On the other flip side we all should know by now that the 2014 budget stipulates the currency auctions are to be very limited. They will not bring them back! The auctions were supposed to be a temporary measure to raise capital until they gained their sovereignty. So now they have it. It is time to RV. We know it and Iraq knows it. THIS IS THE SOLUTION!

Fact check, as you can see and read, the auctions are back! How long they will keep this up remains to be seen.

4-18-2015 Intel Guru TD Few comments from my Kurdish friend, which are few and far in between these days (treat all as rumor and due your own sound diligence). Reason for such sporadic news is the lack of “any significant news or policy
changes”. Austerity measures still big talk around most of the country. Abadi asking for more assistance. Progress with ISIS is two steps forward, one step back. Although economic and monetary reform programs are on drawing boards that’s where they will stay until a clearer picture of the “map” of Iraq is defined. For those waiting for currency reform: pull up a chair it will still be a long wait.

Under Abadi…he told the Ministers and Governor of Kirkut that the GOI is now recognizing Kirkut as a subsidiary of Kurdistan… A quick fix IMO to get an agreement into law…The HCL has many details but as far as I’m concerned…the oil agreement between Kurdistan and Iraq was always referred to as the HCL and that agreement now is law in the Gazzette and meeting the CONSTITUTION…IT IS LAW!
