4-21-2013 Newshound Guru Tlar Article: “Banker: delete the zeros in the current period will help forgery and counterfeiting of currency” I find this article very encouraging. To the average Iraqi, it will just be a reduction in the money supply only. His salary will be reduced equivalent to the new value of the currency. If the currency goes up 1000 times in value, his salary will decrease by 1000. So to him there is no change. There has to be a balance of everything based on the new value.

I believe this sentence is describing the relationship of costs to income. Salaries have to be leveled back to the new value of the dinar because if not then there will be an imbalance. IMHO he is saying this balance has to be at the same time that they drop the zeros in order not to be disruptive to the citizen so as not to cause any harm.

This statement is defining a difference between the values of old and new currencies. In a lop scenario 1000 would equal 1 before and after the change. We know this as a neutral swap 1000 for one With no value increase or decrease. The above statement clearly states that there will be a difference in value between the previous and new currency. We also know from previous articles that both currencies will be in circulation for up to two years. They will have different values which is not possible in a lop situation.
4-21-2013 Newshound Guru Tlar Last, the last sentence is very encouraging because he says its the right time to make this change. “The interest of the deletion of zeros is the process by reducing the money supply only and you need a long time to define them as citizens and that the current circumstances is appropriate to start the process.” He is saying the time to start is right.
4-21-2013 Intel Guru Bear 5642 I have great news. I have just gotten off the phone with my contact in Iraq. The lower denoms are officially in the market place all denoms 1s, 5s, 10, 20 and so on. He told me he has his QI card but was not happy with amount. He was told to be patient and they will be reloaded this week when they lift the 3 zeros. [what was the amount?] it was the rate currently. He is a business man and was informed they wanted to issue them first so they install the higher rate when the 3 zeros are lifted this week. As in this week is all I know and he was very excited. He did tell me he would call me with the new amount. All is done I feel we will see this probably Monday.

4-21-2013 Intel Guru 12thman we have already RV’d…just waiting for it to go live for us common folks…all is going great and I don’t expect to be here much longer. As stated before, Aggie friend turned his two weeks notice in and you don’t just walk away from a job like his. (hint hint). I called the HR’s [High Rollers] and talked for a few last night and they are just waiting for the go. They expect it to be soon based off the inside contact they have here in the states. We are there and all is done. Even though there is a lot of action and great news coming out, WERE DONE.
4-20-2013 Intel Guru Bluwolf It has come to my attention that some are saying that executive order 13303 will expire on the 1 of May 2013, let me inform all these orders never expire until all issues in the order is met and done with [sanctions etc. ]. Now I know for a fact that this order has already 10 years in to the fact and that all must be forfill on a timeframe given, but it will be addressed in fact it is being addressed as we speak, I have no doubts. Only thing left for Iraq, is simply for it to internationally release its currency. Now things are moving along just find, sources seem to be lined up with all intel stating that we shall recieve this blessing briefly, that we shall expect and see. Just this last thought to all, have your paperwork ready and start smelling the coffee for by the looks of things something has to give. ( soon ) There seems to be a lot of very prosperous people flying about just now, wonder why?
4-20-2013 Newshound Guru Tlar One of Shabibi’s big concerns was citizens being defrauded or taken advantage of after the removal of the 3 zeros. It’s one of the many things that convinced me that there was going to be a big value change in the dinar without a lop. If we look at…a purchase of a coke we can see the problem. Today the coke costs 1000 dinar. The day of the change, the coke would cost one dinar assuming the 3 zeros are removed. Shabibi…worried about the purchaser being taken advantage of because he was not aware the change had actually happened that day….There is only one way he could be taken advantage of and that is if the 1000 dinar note, after the change, would still be the same value equaling 1000 dinars and would now buy 1000 cokes…Laws were either put in place in 2011 when Shabibi recognized the potential for this fraud or he at least recommended they be put in place.
